Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026 · Go Home Siding
This Privacy Policy describes how Go Home Siding (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or request a free siding estimate.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an estimate form we may collect:
- First name and last name
- Email address and phone number
- City, state, ZIP code, and street address if provided
- Whether you opted in to receive SMS messages
We may also receive technical data such as browser type, device, referring page, and general location derived from your IP address.
2. How we use your information
- To schedule and fulfill your free in-home siding estimate
- To contact you by phone, email, or SMS if you consented
- To match you with a local installer through our scheduling partner
- To keep lead records and improve our website and service
3. Sharing
We share form values with the appointment platform that powers our thank-you page scheduler (contractorappointments.com / Airo) so a specialist can confirm a time. Lead details are also stored in Google Sheets for follow-up.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or property.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive texts about your estimate and related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing services.
5. Cookies
We may use cookies or similar tools to remember form progress and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work as well.
6. Retention and security
We keep lead records as long as needed to provide service and meet legal or business needs. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us through the estimate form on our homepage. Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
10. Contact
Questions about privacy: return to our homepage and use the estimate form, or request removal of your data in a follow-up with our team. Related rules are in our Terms & Conditions.
